       We all start to get little bit older as the days pass on and we realize maintaining good health becomes more priority to our life.Every human being wish to live longer and the most important thing of our life is "Health"! Taking good and hygienic food will leads us to maintain a healthy and stronger personality.No one want to die earlier.If it is not done with good health then there is a requirement of medicine which will be the worst thing once the health gets effected.Here are some tips which help you maintain good health,stay long and lead happy life.


1.Drink plenty of clean water: Water is the important thing for healthy functioning of the human body which is involved with every body organ and their functions.without it our body will become more dry both inside and outside.Try to take atleast 10 glasses of clean and RO water and have good water content for your body.



2.Eat fruits and vegetables: Be careful about what you eat.Try and go for more leafy vegetables.we all know about the nutritional fruits and their vitamin content.If you have any personal health problem then it is better to consult a doctor and try to take nutritional diet which can make you healthy and fit. 




3.Get plenty of  quality and restful sleep: Sleep plays a vital role in life.major part of health issues are associated with it.Improper sleep or lack of sleep will  make you annoyed and irritable,fussy,grouchy,ill-tempered.Many of us don't know how it may effect our sex life,memory,looks and ability to loose weight.The major effect caused by lack of sleep is "Insomnia".
So have a sufficient sleep,have a good health.


4.Do daily Exercise and meditation: Good practice of exercise will make your muscles active and you can become free,can perform well in daily proceedings.Doing meditation will give you a peaceful mind.You can stay calm without any stress and can have a great piece of mind.It helps you to concentrate more on your education,work,business as well as keep cool with your Ambience.



5.Leave your Anxiety: One of the main thing every individual suffers from is Anxiety.It is a relatively permanent state of worry and nervousness occuring in a variety of mental disorders accompanied by attacks of panics.So not to get tensed about happenings and keeping cool yourself is the only thing which you can do to maintain flushed health.



6.Give room for forgiveness:We know that mistakes happen very frequently with a random person in everyone's life.Keeping grudge and trying to take revenge from them will not make things complete.Here comes the word "forgiveness" which is neccesary to be out of tensions.A friendly relation will give you immense respect and you can stay happily cheering everytime.



7.Go to doctor: Get regular check up.Know what are you dealing with and allow yourself proactive.



8.Fill your Fun quota daily: Just spend some time for entertainment and allow yourself for some fun with your friends,family,neighbours and colleagues.



          At the end being healthy will be a intimidating task in reality,it's just about being alive every single day.It's about being fully alive and doing the thing which makes you feel good and stay healthy.
