Who will be the next Indian coach..??

As we know that more than 50 applicants has shown interest for Coaching Indian cricket team,it has been observed that only 21 applications are satisfying the BCCI's Criteria. 

The selection panel consists of three former Indian batsmen Souvrav Ganguly,Sachin Tendulkar and VVS Laxman in order to select the best possible head coach for Team India.These former Indian batsmen in association with Sanjay Jagdale, who will act as chief co-ordinator of this committee for the purpose of the selection of the head coach, will be handed over the 21 eligible applications. 

Jadgale brings beauty of cricket and cricket administration to run the selection process successfully.The said committee under the coordination of Jagdale will process and scrutinise all the applications, conduct interviews and expects presentations from candidates as the selected coach has to assist the team in upcoming days of Indian cricket.

We have to wait and see whether they will go with these 21 shortlisted candidates or will give one more chance to all the applicants.The committee will now carry the process and on completion it has to recommend the condidate to the BCCI president Anurag Thakur.The committee is expected to give its report by the 22nd of June 2016 to the honorary secretary of the BCCI.

Ravi Shastri and current selection panel chief Sandeep Patil are among the 57 who have applied for the desired and head of the Indian cricket. Former Indian player Anil Kumble seems to be the major contender to coach India.Australian players like Jason Gillespe and Stuart law are also among the probables.

We know that MS Dhoni, India's limited-overs captain, said last week that the incoming coach needs to understand the players' culture and background to establish friendly environment.Instead of speaking Hindi or English, the one who understands the minds of the players,he will always be better with us. In the past South African player Gary Kirsten under Dhoni's Captaincy has achieved a huge success and helped in winning the 2011 ICC cricket world cup. 

We have to wait one more week to know who will be the boss of Virat Kohli in test format and MSD in limited overs..!!
