The brutal rape case of Jyothi singh which took place in Delhi in the month of December 2012 was a woeful news all over India. The incident was so dreadful that she was tortured and raped allegedly by six ravagers travelling in the same bus which she was in.They had beaten her friend and assaulted her very badly. They were such an inhumane that they took out her intestines by using rods without any kindness. All the accused were arrested and charged with sexual assault and murder. One of the accused, Ram Singh, died in police custody on 11 March 2013 in the Tihar Jail. One juvenile was convicted of rape and murder and given the maximum sentence of three years' imprisonment in a reform facility. After almost 1 year of protest from all over India, the court on 10 September 2013, found the four remaining adult defendants were guilty of rape and murder and three days later were sentenced to death by hanging.

Another incident took place on thursday in Ernakulam district of Kerala which was so dumb. Jisha ,a law student, has been living with her mother Rajeswari  in the ‘purambokku’ area. At the time of the murder, she was alone at home as her mother had gone out to work. The nature of the murder has made people speechless and scary across the state as postmortem reports revealed that her internal organs were also severely damaged. Jisha was found dead in her home last Thursday, with thirty wounds on her body. According to the postmortem report, her intestines had splattered out of her body. The report suggested that she was beaten brutally with a sharp object.

Hasna, Jisha's co-student said "Her mother yelled with the incident and requested all of us to go home and take care of ourselves. She pleaded us to be safe and secure."She also said that Jisha was an introvert and She hardly talks to the people in the college.

The police are questioning two suspects – Jisha’s neighbours – in connection with her rape and murder.Inspector General of Police Mahipal Yadav has said that the authorities have formed a list of several number of suspects and are in the process of verification. He also stated that they are working on all angles and will be dealing this case logically.

Kerala’s Home Minister visited the victim’s family at the hospital. He said that the state police is doing their best to bring the victim to justice.

Atleast now the government should involve and take proper action, the accused should be tortured severely and should be sentenced to death.Security for women was below the ground level. I request government to change the ammendments and  consider it seriously.I ask the society,"Today it was for some outside girl. But, tomorrow it may happen for our relations?! So,please do concern about this scariest and pathetic situation.
